I was doing Zumba and Richard Simmons dance work outs, and my running shoes were killing my feet. These have a great amount of give where needed. BUY 2 Sizes UP from your American size. I were an 81/2 to 9 and the 11 fit great.
Highly recommend.

I bought these shoes for Zumba. They really help your knees because of the flexibility. They recommended 2 sizes larger but I would recommended only 1 size larger. I wear a 6 1/2 and bought an 8. I think a 7 would fit perfect. They didn't have 1/2 sizes.
